I have no set rate and I am very partial to non profit and local startups. I am also welcome to barter under the right circumstances.

This depends on the circumstance. This Web Page happened over night.


What about my Webpage?
I provide Graphics and Mock-Ups the first week, This is where the 'style' and 'theme' are discussed and then branded. I will work with you until you are happy.
